I do like my kitchen gadgets and appliances though. One of the great conveniences about making sprouted brown rice in an instant pot or the rice cooker is that you can set it and forget it. The rice cooker and instant pot are especially handy when I am multi-tasking.

If I forget to return in time to fluff the rice, the appliance will just keep the rice warm until I do return.
